Used Colebys to make my wife's Engagement ring. The whole experience was simple and reassuring. Ricky was discreet when contacting me and the end product was exactly how I had envisioned it! We returned for wedding ring a year later and the ring was matched up perfectly. Their watch selection is impressive and all of the staff know exactly what they are talking about.

Great range of jewellery. Fantastic customer service. I wouldntw buy jewellery or watches from anywhere else. We have had engagement ring, wedding rings and necklaces from here and it's our one and only stop when purchasing anything like this. The service doesn't stop once purchased. I take my jewellery back for checks on the diamonds and cleaning , resizing etc and the colebys are only to happy to help.

We've known Franklin Jewellery since we started in 2006. His work really is of excellent quality.

Helpful Family concern needed links taken out of new watch then was advised that they change Omega watch batteries and were a registered repairer of Omega so I took my sons 4 year old Omega great service and reasonable price so returned daughters Tag watch and my own Emporai Armani also no problem. Would highly recommend this friendly shop thank you

After calling around various jewellery shops in Brentwood & billericay to find a good price on rhodium plating. I was told various prices from £35 & upwards with some saying it can take 2 weeks to get the rings back. I called Bellefontaines' Jewellers in billericay and they said it was £30 & could take a few days. I took my rings in there yesterday & to my amazment my rings were ready to collect today I am so happy with their service I would highly recommend. Thank you
